If possible, download the mobile app directly from your phone's app store or the Windows / Mac version from the links on the Cloudflare WARP website to get the latest versions. If the direct downloads are blocked, you can use these files as backups.

To install the Android app from the APK file here, see the PDF on the Installing Apps via Direct Download page. They are written for the Briar app but apply to any app. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to install iOS apps from downloaded files; users must use the Apple App Store.
